Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading independent furniture retailer in the south east.

They are seeking a bright, motivated and enthusiastic individual to work within their busy administrative office.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we want to hear from you.

- Good keyboard and IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with customer enquiries
- Basic numeracy skills
- Interview customers and complete finance agreements for in store orders.
- Work on an array of ah-hoc administrative tasks.

This position could suit an undergraduate as it will give the successful candidate valuable experience into an office environment.

Previous office/administrative experience is desirable. However full training can be provided for the right person who has the right skills and qualities.

The hours of work are 3 days per week, one mid-week day (ideally Thursday or Friday) and every Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Sunday 10.30 - 4.30pm.

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave.
