Job Description

This small company provides services to the plant/construction Industry where service to their customers is the key and being able to respond efficiently and quickly at times is essential.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic who has had a range of experience across administrative and or office management and is able to work in a busy and changeable environment.

The office manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the busy office on a day to day basis. You will need to be able to multitask confidently in a very busy and changeable environment and carry out a wide range of tasks to include: managing phone calls and correspondence, organising and arranging the breakdowns for the engineers that come in, responding to emails, ordering parts, booking accommodation, ordering supplies, preparing documents and perform accounting tasks to include invoicing.

- Confident telephone skills
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

The hours will be 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Located in Highbridge on a busy industrial estate, on site parking available.
