Job Description

What will you do at OYO?

  • Launch online OYO consumer products (web and app)
  • Take complete ownership of driving revenue from OYO App and Website, ensuring monthly targets achievement
  • Build growth strategies/models for the entire Marketing/Demand growth function
  • Build growth strategies/models for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Responsible for managing the entire customer life cycle starting from acquisition to retention
  • Responsible for bringing the right talent to deliver growth target for the country/region.
  • Building the specialized functional capabilities online and offline customer acquisition, partnerships, customer relationship Management, data science and content
  • Identifying Product requirements for the country and executing it in collaboration with Tech and Product teams
  • Own the marketing budget to deliver high efficiency - CAC, ROI etc

What you will bring to OYO?

  • Extensive experience in Marketing/ Growth function driving acquisition and retention
  • Launching new propositions into a new market
  • Experience in demand growth function of an e-commerce business
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Online Marketing
  • Have worked in fast-paced, high growth environment, demonstrating team leadership and development through uncertainty and change
  • Leadership, not only of a high growth company, but also a fast growing team
  • The ability to grow a whole marketing team to support the growth of OYO UK
  • A hustler; always able find a solution even when the odds are stacked against you
  • Experience in managing people and agencies
  • A comfort with start-up life (and preferably experience of it). That means energy, initiative, doing what's required to get the job done, dedication, understanding and a sense of humour
  • A highly experienced or talented emerging marketing leader, with proven experience of all elements of the marketing mix with a particular focus on campaign management and brand communications. CRM, PR and Social Media experience are highly desirable
