My client, due to expansion, is currently looking to recruit a further Membership Sales Executive for their small but very friendly team.
The unique aspect of this role is that, whilst there is a big element of outbound calling, the nature of this client and their customer base means that nobody will resent you calling and there will be no unpleasant dialogues with prospects.
The role is NOT based on contacting members of the public, the calls made are NOT cold and you will also benefit from a very, very quick sales cycle (upon making a successful contact)
The offices are based just north of Oxford Street and it is a very easy commute from virtually everywhere and there are six different train stations within walking distance.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- A good work ethic
- The ability to make phone calls and speak to prospects
- Commercial aware
- Good initiative
- IT aware
- Able to plan own day (the role is not micro-managed)
- Friendly and communicative
- Motivated to earn very good commission (four figures in a month is very achievable)
- Good team player
The client is NOT a sales organisation and there is no undue and unfair pressure to hit unrealistic targets. The commission is very good and it is possible to start making a difference very early on.
The service being sold is to a largely receptive audience and it is a delightful environment to work in. I know this to be true as I have a close relative working for this organisation and he loves it there.
