My client are a well respected residential developer with a strong market presence who are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team to be based at head office in Surrey
In order to continue operating at a 5* builder the I am looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, a good understanding of the New Build business and someone who thrives on being part of a fast-paced environment.
Day to day duties include: * Answering questions & queries via email * Liaising with site team so you have a good understanding of the build project * Updating internal system * Booking in repairs * Dealing with complaints * Escalating complaints to management if need be * Working against tight deadlines
