Collections Team Manager - up to £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits - South Manchester
Are you a great people manager?
Do you have excellent experience of working in a fast paced environment, either in a managerial capacity or supervisory capacity?
The successful candidate will have strong experience of working within a customer-centric collections role within a financial services organisation, with outstanding knowledge of the space coupled with exceptional leadership capability.
You will be responsible for effectively managing a team of collections within the busy secured finance department of this growing organisation; you will be the main conduit between your direct reports and senior management.
You will be planning day to day workloads in line with business needs in order to achieve your agreed objectives, including setting performance standards, monitoring standards of service and ensuring that KPI's are met and adhered to. You will have ultimate responsibility in ensuring all standards are met and adhered to.
You will be a natural leader and staff developer, with responsibility for staff recruitment, training and development. Leading from the front, you will drive the performance of your team acting as an inspirational figurehead for the department.
