Job Description

Our client are a financial services company within the Automotive industry and are based in modern offices in Bracknell. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their collection and recoveries team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, lots of empathy and a real passion for helping people in sometimes sensitive situations and providing, where possible, positive outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Speaking to customers who potentially will not be able to afford future repayments
  • Helping customers who have just entered into arrears and trying to negotiate repayments plans in order to get the agreement back up to date
  • Dealing with third party agents who are actively trying to recover the asset and also customers who may get in contact during the repossession process
  • Compassionate handling of deceased agreements, speaking with next of kin or close relatives and also executors of estate and solicitors
  • Identifying and referring possible fraudulent agreements
  • Discussing outstanding liabilities and end of contract agreements with customers
  • Handling and identifying vulnerable customers and financial difficulties

Requirements
