The purpose of the position is to be the first line customer support, utilising and maintaining all systems available to support the function in a cost effective and proactive manner, ensuring that we always promote the business in a positive manner, with honesty, integrity and delivering a high quality of output and operate best practice to deliver excellent customer service and happiness. Key Responsibilities Ensure all administration functions are completed as requested and in a timely manner Ensure departmental KPI’s are achieved as a minimum Build relationships with both our client base and internal teams Effective communication with clients of any service any failures and support internal processes Ensure all complaints are responded to within set KPI’s As part of a busy team ensure that the email in box is monitored and actioned as required Update & manage the database Support team Initiatives.
