The role Responsible for ensuring the consumer-facing content and engagement programme for your 2 x brands, is available and connected to the target market in all places, channels and times that they are most likely to be engaged. - Delivery of global social and digital merchandising assets- mostly Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook in line with global brand standards, tool kits and ways of working - Working closely with the E-commerce and PR teams to collaborate on influencer content and assets, centre of excellence web content editor, and synergise campaign activity with external agencies - Mentor the Junior Social Marketing team members and supporting wider global brand teams contributing to total department effectiveness - Utilise your global understanding of the customer and their consumer behaviour to ensure best in class content programme The Candidate Experience in beauty preferred but FMCG background also highly desired Experience of content production across digital and social channels, working closely with internal partners and external agencies is a must Proven ability to understand the customer and consumer behaviour on a global capacity Open communicator and confident in influencing senior stakeholders The package £40- £55K Base salary £5K Car Allowance Other competitive company benefits Please contact Georgie Cash on for more details or to apply directly.
