Role Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager, you will be integral within the Graduate Recruitment team, and the focal point of the graduate assessment centre. Key responsibilities will include interacting with candidates and guiding them through a demanding assessment centre, ensuring tests and interviews are run on time. Furthermore, you will provide highly efficient administrative support to the Leeds based team, including resourcing potential graduates for the FDM Graduate Programme. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide highly efficient and responsive administrative support to the Graduate Recruitment & University Partnerships Team • Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that specific tasks are given priority in line with specific team/business requirements • Facilitate internal assessment days • Gain a thorough understanding of the business model • Help Coordinate internal 'Open Evenings' in our Leeds academy • Contribute to the facilitation of mobile assessment centres • Establish, build and grow relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and the provision of a highly professional service Essential Criteria • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confident with a professional and outgoing approach • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent time management abilities • Able to work under pressure • Team player but self-motivated and able to work on own initiative • Fully IT literate • Dedicated to career progression within FDM • Extremely organised in everything you do Desirable Criteria (not essential) • Good understanding of the IT industry and graduate market • Educated to degree level FDM Group is committed to equal opportunities and welcomes applications that reflect the diversity of our wider community.
