HR Manager - East Anglia / Cambridgeshire £60,000 - £65,000 Your new company A B2B service organisation that is renowned for offering a superb service to its customers is seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to join its head office team based in Cambridgeshire. Your New Role as the HR Manager Deliver professional generalist HR support to the business, whilst also supporting wider Group-wide HR projects and initiatives. Ensure customer intimacy by proactively supporting line management with innovative HR solutions to achieve their business targets. The Essential Job Functions Advice at all levels on Employment law and legislation. Formulate, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures with regards to, amongst others, Terms and Conditions, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment strategy, Training and Development, and Organisational Development Provide advice and coaching to management in relation to employee health, change management, employment law, and employee relations and performance issues while ensuring employee engagement and customer intimacy. Update, manage, streamline, and implement HR policies, practices and processes where required Lead and manage the recruitment and induction process Produce and evaluate local & corporate HR metrics. Work with Managers and individuals to create innovative and effective learning and development solutions Work alongside the training team in order to ensure adequate training for staff across all sites Support, lead, and manage strategic UK wide HR initiatives and projects (e.g. driving HR innovation and efficiency) at all levels of the business. Take the lead on all issues relating to Compensation & Benefits Manage, update, and oversee the salary and grading structures Support managers to drive through change initiatives. Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a team of direct reports, ensuring succession plans are developed and implemented for key roles. Participate in determining the overall strategy and direction of the business as part of the Executive Committee Managing staff survey process What You'll Need to Succeed Degree level or equivalent, CIPD qualified. Minimum of 5 years senior HR managerial experience across multiple sites Proven generalist HR experience in a related sector Proven track record of exposure to wide variety of HR projects What You'll Get in Return An annual salary up to £65,000 + bonus + Car and a fantastic benefits package.
