The Role of Contracts Administrator We're looking for a talented and organised Contracts Administrator to work in the operations team of a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Green Park, London. The role involves working with our network of franchisees, overseeing compliance with contracts and helping to implement processes to ensure an efficient onboarding process and smooth continual compliance program. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will work with a number of other key stakeholders from departments across the business, as well as being a key communicator to the Company's network of franchisees. You will have a keen eye for detail and be good at time management and meeting deadlines. You will be the champion of this process and ensure that the Company and our franchisees meet all agreed contractual obligations. You will also be responsible to ensure that the business adheres to due process as well as communicating to our network of franchisees any new processes which are developed over time. You will be responsible for: Managing the administration of the contractual framework between the Company and our network of franchisees Help to develop and implement the contractual governance process for our network of franchisees and helping to ensure these processes are prioritised, reviewed effectively and delivered on time Ensuring appropriate authorisation of contractual documents in line with the Company's policies Involved in checking and authorising payment of third party and Franchisee's invoices Liaising with different departments (Legal, Finance, Field and Product) to ensure that the Company and its network of franchisees are adhering to all contractual obligations Ensure that key business assets are up-to-date and available to the right stakeholders at the right time Help improve the reliability and integrity of the reporting tools on which key operational metrics are based To be successful in this role you will display: Can-do attitude, happy to step outside role as needed Someone with great organisational skills and a proactive use of initiative in all tasks The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers and partners A resilient, can do approach with great networking abilities Can positively and professionally represent Yopa at all times Tenacious, diligent, patient, trustworthy in dealing with colleagues at all levels, as well as external 3rd parties Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, the role holder will be dynamic and able to move quickly when required Attention-to-detail and quality in all tasks and interactions to ensure that Yopa is getting the best value from all contracts and arrangements Be enthusiastic about technology Relevant (but not mandatory) experience: Degree - 2:1 or equivalent The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of contracts management, as a paralegal or legal executive or legal secretary or as an administrator, gained either in-house or in private practice but this is not a requirement for the role Experience working with different contract management software (although not mandatory) Proven experience of mapping out and implementing processes Good working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint About Yopa Yopa is a leading UK-based full service, fixed fee estate agent.
