COMPANY BACKGROUND: Working in the Head Office of this flexible, fun and forward-thinking company. They are a growing Energy company. PURPOSE OF ROLE: As Customer Service Advisor you will be working with the Client Services Team. This is a Permanent role they are looking for someone to start immediately. In this Client Services role you will be responsible for managing any issues via telephone / email / written correspondence. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Deal with queries and helping resolve issues Take messages for other staff members Reviewing customer accounts Investigating issues Running and distributing monthly client reports Liaising with the IT department on an ongoing basis to ensure that monthly reports are generated Liaising with Account Managers and providing admin support PowerPoint presentations SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: The Client Services Administrator is responsible for administering client accounts, including the distribution of monthly financial/billing reports for clients, monitoring customer credit control and providing administrative support to the team.
