Personal Summary

An HR professional with five years of experience in the recruitment/HR field, I recently moved to London from Italy to progress my career. I have a strong interest in the recruitment process that I have fostered both in my studies and in my previous professional experience. I first learned about recruitment while studying organizational psychology at university and further while pursuing a postgraduate Master in Human Resources Management. My academic preparation, together with my work experience, has allowed me to develop a thorough knowledge of the instruments used for recruitment and assessment. Moreover, in the different roles I have held over the course of my career, I have learned how to work in structured companies relating to employees at different levels, but also how to work in a consultancy managing different clients. I am now looking to utilize my expertise working on new projects for the recruitment team of a company in the UK.

Work Experience

Recruiter Project Manager

I managed the recruitment process for clients in F&B field (Autogrill and Eataly).
I was responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the clients for Northern Italy.
I managed temporary and permanent vacancies.

RPO Recruiter Project Manager
I was responsible for managing Talent Acquisition for Abbott Italy, starting from the brief with the Hiring Managers and ending with the economic offer and the hiring of candidates.
I was also responsible for managing the hiring procedures within Human Resources field.
I managed the recruitment processes for temporary and permanent vacancies (KPI: 10-15 vacancies per month to be closed in 60 days).

HR Recruiter Assistant
I worked as HR Recruiter within the Recruiting team in the HR department.
I was also responsible for managing the recruitment process for sales and corporate profiles for Italy and Russia.
I leased with local agencies in Russia which supported us in the recruitment process for sales profiles.
