Role: HR Manager Location: South West Rate: £160 per day (inside IR35) Duration: 4 month contract A leading NHS organisation are searching for a HR Manager to join them for a 4 month contract in order to deliver a high quality HR Service including the development of policies, strategy and HR practices. You will provide a strategic HR focus for the HR team and its key stakeholders. You will be responsible for day to day operational management of the HR team and will lead on HR developments. The HR Manager will be expected to be travel regularly across all sites within their region and attend national meetings as required. They should be flexible in their duties and will be required to undertake duties outside of this role specification from time to time as required. In order to be successful, the postholder needs experience in the following areas: Demonstrable generalist HR experience demonstrating competence across the full range of HR functions Experience as a HR Manager within the NHS Demonstrable track record of providing specialist HR advice to services and managers in a multi-disciplinary team environment Experience of complex case management Redeployment/TUPE experience Master's Degree level education in HR Management or equivalent level of experience Chartered Member of CIPD Current excellent knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR practice Expert knowledge of key current issues in human resources and the ability to interpret and apply the knowledge to the workforce strategy An understanding of NHS workforce strategy and NHS policy If this role is of interest please apply or get in touch with Lily or Chris in the Rethink Bristol Office.
